Organizational Ecologist/Principal

Pravin Pillay is the principal behind Emergent Performance Consulting Ltd., a Canadian group working with executive leadership teams in organizations that are committed to taking their organizations to the next level of performance.  Holding an MFA and an MBA, Pravin has over 20 years of experience in catalyzing transdisciplinary teams working on progressive projects.  He has developed  an ecological systems approach to helping organizations understand how their high performing teams and corporate cultures can evolve, learn and prosper. Integrating his approach with on-line collaborative technology, Pravin engages his clients in results oriented adaptive strategic thinking processes that consider people, planet and profit in how they exist in the world.  An artist, writer, yoga practitioner, agent of change and foremost father and husband, Pravin can often be found with his family learning, playing and working in their garden on Salt Spring Island in British Columbia.

In the 90′s, Pravin worked with the international team of Doctors Without Borders to establish the organization in Canada, the federal youth Agency Youth Service Canada to develop programs and partnerships with businesses, organizations, institutions and agencies to help young people to overcome barriers to rewarding careers and The Rediscovery International Foundation, to develop youth programs that draw on the wisdom of indigenous elders with love and respect for the earth and all beings.

Pravin now devotes himself to enabling values driven leaders towards Living Deeply and Engaging Precisely during this decisive decade.
