Our networked based team works with the you and your leadership team for approximately a year. Together we conduct an organizational fitness audit and prepare your leadership team for the transformation ahead. We will then go on to work with your leadership team  on all aspects of your organization to integrate an Emergent strategy process into the organization’s DNA. As this process begins to work, all aspects of your organization are brought into alignment and the result is increased  resiliency to meet challenges and vitality really bring the full ability of your organization to achieve its vision.

The Emergent eco-system based design process focuses on improving the decision making,  communication, collaboration and achieving measurable results. Using Web 2.0 knowledge management tools to align your team’s activity, the process engages the entire organization and its existing and emergent leaders in developing a performance oriented culture where everyone in the organization can bring their ‘full’ selves to work. The process works because each employee experiences the organization as an engaging and sustainable environment that enables them realize their potential while they are enhancing the organization’s performance.

The Emergent Process has 3 phases:

  • Phase I Mapping/Planning/Leadership Prep – one Month;
  • Phase II: Development and Change – 4-6 Months
  • Phase III: Monitoring, Tuning, Quarterly/Annual Planning – Optional ongoing
